1. Free copies of End Alzheimer's 2012 LifePlan.

Any online citizen can receive a complete copy of End Alzheimer's 2012 LifePlan 2012. The End Alzheimer's LifePlan presents current information about your body, the disease process, preventive lifestyle habits and the developing of personal anti-Alzheimer's LifePlans - plans that could reduce an individual's chances of developing the disease as much as 90%. The plan also educates the visitor about Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and the importance of monitoring their personal memory fitness - watching for any reduction in their ability to learn and remember recent events. MCI is the early signiture of the Alzheimer's disease process - and usually goes undetected - costing the victim precious time while their body could still fight the disease process. Individuals enrolled in a personal Alzheimer's Management program would regularly take an online memory fitness and MCI screen test - much like a simple video game - to record their performance short-term memory and learning capacity levels. Over time, the program records every test the individual takes - creating a graphic baseline or "normal" reading of the person's memory fitness.

 2. Free Provider Access Locator Program.  Alternatives to Medical Insurance with +80,000 care providers in dental, vision, pharmacy, and chiropractic providers an inexpensive health care plan.

The first line of defense against disease is the nurturing and maintenance of personal health. Millions of people have no medical, dental and/or chiropractic insurance. This fact makes a clear statement that as many people are not building strong relationships with medical and health care givers.

3. Free membership in the End Alzheimer's 2012 LifePlan Community.

The network is committed to promoting disease free living and believes the online citizen can prevent the majority of degenerative diseases from developing in their lives. The network has pioneered HIPAA compliant online medical records and treatment support systems to support the doctor's and care giver's development of treatment strategy, treatment, and treatment response recording.

The End Alzheimer's 2012 LifePlan and demonstration projects are conducted with the full awareness of the 5,000 volunteers in the control group as well as any online citizen who registers for their personal copy of the End Alzheimer's LifePlan. 

Anyone receiving their personal copy of the End Alzheimer's 2012 LifePlan will automatically be registered as a member of the Life Plan Citizen's Community, but the only e-mail and communication promised from this point will be the "Life Plan Progress Report, the month's condensed newsroom content. 4. Free HIPAA Compliancy Support Services.

There are an estimated three million doctors, medical and health care providers, clinics, departments of hospitals and educational environments that fall under the sweeping Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

While the law has been in effect since 1996, the first deadline for filing compliancy has been set for Oct 16, 2002. Research shows that the majority of these doctor's offices and facilities that fall under HIPAA regulation are not even online, making it very difficult for those offices to be fully functional Internet Broadcasting stations  by the HIPAA deadline of April 14, 2003. It is very important that the regulated HIPAA audience files the October 16,2002 compliancy forms to gain an extension for physical operations needing to be online, compliant or registered non-covered. The network offers free consulting and compliancy support to anyone needing it.

5. Volunteering for the iBHEALTH End Alzheimer's 2012 Demonstration Project.

The iBHEALTH End Alzheimer's 2012 Demonstration Project will gather a control group of up to 5,000 people who are living as near a disease-free lifestyle as they can. The volunteers will enroll into the End Alzheimer's Personal Alzheimer's Management program offered by the network - consulting with the project's leading doctors and researchers - to formulate their optimized lifestyle program. Going forward, each volunteer will be allocated their personal electronic medical record where their progress in the diet, mental and physical fitness programs can be tracked. Part of their EMR contains their baseline records of short-term memory and learning performance testing - memory fitness. This is an essential component in watching for early stage development of the Alzheimer's disease process - as Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) is an early signiture of the disease. The volunteers and doctors will monitor for tell tale reductions in a volunteer's memory fitness. When a reduction appears - the volunteer will begin another set of tests to evaluate if it is MCI and AD starting - if it is, the volunteer will go into a MCI Arresting Boot Camp Program - slowing the disease process and hopefully arresting it.

If you are living a lifestyle containing a low-fat/low-sugar diet, taking multiple vitamins and supplements, exercising regularly, reading and learning regularly (stimulating your brain), you may qualify to be a volunteer for the project.
