Most Alzheimer's Disease Can be Prevented

These short articles are easy to understand and remember. They are written to help you to gradually change your lifestyle to one of health, so you will actually get healthier as you get older, just as I have done. At this time, October, 2002, I am 63 and have the health of a college athlete.

The key to this is your Immune System, which will be described in a future Article. In short, this is a complex cellular and chemical system in our bodies which has been designed by our Creator to keep us in good health. Every day, thousands of our cells are being weakened or are dying, either from old age, toxins, chemical attacks, or mutations caused by unknown factors. To maintain our maximum health, it is paramount that these cells are eliminated before their by-products attack other cells or before they reproduce.


Diabetic Simptoms

When there are mutated cells in our bodies, we want to get rid of them before they reproduce. I am purposely repeating this statement for emphasis, because everyone is subject to so many toxins in the air, water, food, and the environment that everyone, in my opinion, has cells that are degenerating. If one's Immune System is not operating at maximum efficiency, then mutant cells reproduce, and the decomposition products of dying cells adversely affect healthy cells.

Many surveys have been conducted in which people were asked what they can do to prevent the common diseases such as cancer, diabetes, heart attacks, strokes, PMS, etc. Typically, a large percentage, even up to 50%, of the respondents believed they could do nothing to prevent these diseases. They believed it was a matter of inheritance, and therefore, nothing could be done.

In reality, there is a LOT each person can do to prevent, and often reverse, serious diseases, if they will take the time to read the right books and magazines. This is one of my functions ... to point you, my dear readers, to the right books and magazines which are written by medical professionals, by professional writers and by individuals who have healing testimonies. It is another one of my functions to point you to medical doctors and other health care professionals who have the revelations of disease prevention and disease reversal by nutrition, exercise and supplements.
