Coffee Can be Good or Bad for you
by: Paul Costa
Coffee can be good or bad for you , depending on how much you drink

Hypnotherapy
If you are among the many people who have a slight guilt trip about paying
high prices for boutique (read that "quality") coffee each morning, you can
lighten up a little. Recent studies for a number of degenerative diseases,
including Alzheimer's, have confirmed that people who regularly drink less
than 200 milligrams of coffee--about two standard cups a day--have reduced
incidence of Alzheimer's disease.

The flip side of the good news to coffee lovers is that if you drink more
than two cups of coffee a day, you are more than likely addicted to
caffeine. This can strain your heart, contribute to sleep disorders and
anxiety, cause hypertension (high blood pressure), and contribute to a
number of other physical problems.

So take it easy on the coffee. Make it a quality issue not one of quantity.
