(San Francisco, CA. 3.12.2002) - The Internet Broadcasting Association - iBA, announced today that the funding of iBHEALTH, an online Internet Broadcasting Network specifically engineered to serve the health care, medical, medical research and online medical services industry, had been approved.

The iBHEALTH network will initiate three principal services in the summer of 2002. These services will highlight the potential Internet Celebrex (Celecoxib) Broadcasting can play in individuals' physical and mental fitness; and the health care professional's or care-giving industry's efforts to maintain people's health. 

With the costs of medical services and medical insurance continually going up faster than inflation, the Internet Broadcasting Association wanted to develop a network of dental, chiropractic, vision care, prescription drug providers which online citizens could act as a "buying" club for goods and services from enrolled providers. Such a program will be offered by the association through the iBHEALTH Network. 

Online citizens will be able to enroll in a program that 80,000+ dental, vision, pharmaceutical, vision and chiropractic care givers have agreed to charging pre-determined prices to the members at the time services are delivered. In addition to the enrollment for coverage, the iBHEALTH network is also recruiting brokers who operate their own business, enrolling people as well as recruiting additional brokers. In addition to the alternative to medical insurance program, the iBHEALTH Network will be the home of the BLT-Ashford Short Term Memory and Learning Performance Recording Services. The center is the first online mental fitness monitoring station. Individuals will be able to subscribe to testing services and then customize the formats which will be different for a person wanting to build the memory powers versus someone who just wants to monitor their brain's health and fitness. The value in all the memory testing and recording of individual's memory performance is extreme in the treatment for Alzheimer's disease - as mild cognitive impairment is an early signature to the disease process.
